Dopo più di dieci anni la band di culto Faith No More ha deciso di rimettersi insieme per una serie di concerti in giro per il mondo. E per promuoversi ha abbracciato il Web 2.0: il rinnovato sito web è estremamente semplice, quasi scarno, ma mette in bella mostra le presenze su MySpace, su Facebook e su Twitter.
È però sul servizio di micromessaggistica che la band ha scelto di raccontarsi e promuoversi: direttamente, senza intermediari e un tweet alla volta. A fare da portavoce è il bassista, Billy Gould, che con la complicità del tastierista Roddy Bottum in questi giorni sta facendo una cronaca praticamente in tempo reale delle prove.
Nelle scorse settimane Gould ha annunciato il rinnovo del sito e aggiornato la lista dei paesi in cui suoneranno ma anche chiesto ai fan consigli sulla scaletta dei brani e sul nome da dare alla tournée, ricevendo persino utili correzioni da apportare al sito web.
